💁 About Ashwood
The development of the Ashood Subdivision started in 1994. On August 31, 1994 the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Reservations of Easements for Ashwood Home Owners Association
was filed for record in Butler County Ohio.
The subdivision entrance is located off Hamilton-Mason Road, 1 mile East of Rt. 4 Bypass (Hwy. 4B) and 1.5 miles West of Princeton-Glendale Rd. (Hwy 747), with easy access from Butler County Veterans Highway (Hwy. 129).
The single entrance of the subdivision offers great security for the 75 Homes in the Subdivision and the additional 10 Homes on Jocelyn Ct., these Homes are not part of the Ashwood HOA.
In Summary
• HOA regulated
The location is far enough out in the country to experience it's charm, but still within minutes driving distance from shopping centers like Bridgewater Falls and the Streets of West Chester
and even Tri-County Mall is not too far away.
For your last minute needs, Johnson's Grocery is located almost across the subdivision entrance.
Ashwood has a Home Owners Association and regulated as such through it's regulations. Due to the nature of this "small" subdivision, association fees are still very affordable.
The subdivision has an annual Garage Sale and several other repeating activities such as Block Parties, Bike Rides, Trick or Treat, etc.
Following through the regulations and a great group of Home Owners in this subdivision makes Ashwood
• 75 Homes
• 1 Entrance
• Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
• Neighborhood Watch Program
• Easy Highway Access
• Close to Bridgewater Falls, West Chester and Tri-County
